Using seaweed in the human consumption is still in the west very much a personal question, when it comes to local handpicked seaweed:
Dare I do it, or don't I?
There is still so many things not documented yet as deep as they ought to be for everyone to fell safe, digesting the stuff regularly.
Is there too much iodine in it?
Is it polutioned with dioxin and other heavy metals?
Is it sufferering from too many nutrients?
I'm giving a call to the whole Society of University involved Folks, Folks knowing Seaweed by heart because of working regularly with it
and Folks who wants to invest money in the needed research to be done.
There is necessary research needed to be done and at the moment
it's not being done :-(
